Pre-Project

Preliminary Discussion

Managing Directors will meet with the client to understand the likely project needs and timeline. Based on this discussion, a project team will be assigned and administrative functions taken care of.

Introduction Meeting

The project team meets with the client to discuss the project context and from this, determine the project scope and first steps. Clients typically ask for a high level look at the industry, company, or product class

Checkpoint 1

Initial high level findings are presented to the client, and supporting materials are developed. Based on the initial findings, the project scope is further refined, and a specific sub-area is selected to continue research in.
