On April 22nd, 2018, BC Partners, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, and GIC Private Limited agreed to acquire Green For Life Environmental for US$3.9 billion. The deal was BC Partners’ and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan’s 1st transaction in the environmental sector.
