Overview
QPCG is seeking to hire 3 interns from the commerce Class of 2027. Interns will be responsible for working with the team on a wide variety of internal and external facing projects. During the fall semester, interns will be trained through our proprietary private markets training program and be placed with several mentors to help guide them through the commerce program and cement their future career interests.

We don’t expect you to have any background in finance or consulting when applying, and seek to hire eager learners who want to learn about these areas

Not a problem at all! We highly recommend that all individuals apply regardless of whether they have formal knowledge of finance or the financial markets. Our internship program has an extensive education component designed to develop your understanding of finance and the private markets. We instead look for candidates who show a willingness to learn and who are motivated and driven.
Interviews are an opportunity to us to get to know you (and for you to know us). We highly recommend doing practice interviews with your friends, family, or whomever else you trust to give honest feedback. The more you practice, the less daunting an interview process can look. A few sample questions that we might ask:

Second Round Interviews
Selected candidates will be invited for a second round interview with our executive team. Topics will be similar to our first round. Offers will be communicated on October 2nd by 11:59 pm.
